Companies should be challenging themselves every day to come up with new, innovative exciting ways to reach customers. Think outside the box and come up with a great idea.

Here are some Creative Marketing Ideas that you should consider to help boost your brand!

1. Get in on the hashtag. Engage in fun hashtags that people of all ages and backgrounds can related to like #throwbackthursday #flashbackfriday #Wednesdaywisdom

2. Pinterest/Instagram. When they said “A picture is worth a thousand words” They meant it! If you aren’t sharing on these social media sites, now is the time to start. Infographics, templates, funny memes all go a long way in helping people not only learn or gain interest in your business but also help people to connect to you.

3. Sponsorships. Sometimes these come in the most unlikely places. In order to really capitalize on unique marketing opportunities you need to think outside the box, look in places and partner with organizations you wouldn’t normally reach out to.

4. Contests. Probably my most favorite type of marketing. It helps to engage you directly with people who are interested in your brand, and in addition to that by having them openly communicate or submit something to you they actually feel like they are part of your brand. Best of all these types of marketing campaigns are relatively easy to set up and even easier for people to enter.

5. Controversy. Ok ok I know what you’re thinking… NOPE!! I’m not getting involved in anything that could get me in trouble! I hear you and I understand where you’re coming from. But I’m not talking about a big political debate here, Im taking about something witty and fun that creates a little excitement and pits people to pick a side. The best example of this could be the dress controversy  remember this: Was is black and blue or white and gold, this sparked a huge debate across the entire internet with people from all over weighing in and giving their opinions, even scientists were involved trying to breakdown the color variations in the fabric. What a great post!

To make this long topic short and to sum things up. There are a lot of different opportunities that you can take to help your brand stand out from the clutter. What works for someone else may not work for you, only you really know what you want your brand to stand for and what you want to get out of it. So, be creative, be unique and as always BE AWESOME!
